Selling a house in Florida
Bayfront is building its Florida coverage a market at a time, starting in Jacksonville. This page says plainly where we work today, so you are not left guessing whether your address is one we can actually help with.
Prefer to talk? Call (269) 389-9961. This is Bayfront’s current company number; it is not a Florida-local line.

Where we work
Jacksonville first, and approved areas south along the corridor.
Most companies claim a whole state. We would rather tell you the truth about a smaller area than a comfortable half-truth about a big one.
Today Bayfront works with homeowners in Duval County — Jacksonville and the Baldwin area — and in three nearby communities: Orange Park and Middleburg in Clay County, and Macclenny in Baker County. Jacksonville is the primary market and the one we know best.
We also work south along the corridor, in approved areas within St. Augustine and St. Johns County; Palm Coast and Bunnell in Flagler County; and Ormond Beach, Daytona Beach, Holly Hill, South Daytona and Port Orange in Volusia County.
Approved areas, not whole cities or counties. Along the corridor we work on the inland side. Beachside and coastal areas — among them Ormond-by-the-Sea, the Daytona Beach beachside and the coastal Port Orange footprint — are outside the approved areas. Each city page names the ZIP codes it covers, and that page is the authority for its own market. If your property is nearby, you are still welcome to get in touch — we will tell you honestly whether it is something we can help with.
Calls are answered by the same people who answer them for Michigan and Indiana.

What brings people here
The property does not have to be in good shape.
A house that needs work
Roof, air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, or years of repairs nobody got to. You do not have to fix any of it before talking to us.
A house you did not plan to own
Inherited property, an estate still working through probate, or a house left to several family members who do not all live nearby.
A house that has become a burden
Sitting empty and still costing money, tenants you would rather not manage through a sale, or a property with code or permit questions attached.
Storm and water damage, insurance difficulties, unresolved permits and liens all come up regularly in Florida. None of them stops a conversation.
Start with the address and what it needs
Tell us where the property is and roughly what condition it is in. If it is inside the area we currently cover, we will walk you through how a direct sale would work. If it is not, we will say so.

Sending the form starts a conversation. It is not an offer, and it does not commit you to anything.
